Core Mandatory Training
All staff and associates complete core mandatory training as a minimum requirement, including:

Safeguarding Children & Adults (Level 2 minimum)

Risk Assessment & Lone Working

Mental Capacity Act (MCA) – with a focus on young people aged 16–25
This training ensures staff understand their legal and professional responsibilities and are equipped to support individuals safely and effectively.



Training Delivery & Quality Assurance
To maintain compliance and accountability:

Training is sourced from recognised UK providers, including Skills for Care, NHS e-Learning for Healthcare, and Local Authority-approved platforms

All staff and associates hold enhanced DBS checks and verified references

Training records are maintained and reviewed annually

Safeguarding policies and risk assessments are reviewed regularly and updated as required
