At TK Inclusive Support, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and professionalism. Our compliance framework ensures that all staff are appropriately trained, vetted, and supported to deliver safe, person-centred services in line with UK best practice.
 

Staff Training & Quality Assurance

We have a robust training programme in place to support effective service delivery and continuous professional development.

Insurance Cover

TK Inclusive Support holds appropriate insurance cover in line with the services we provide. This includes:

  • Public Liability Insurance

  • Employers’ Liability Insurance

  • Professional Indemnity Insurance

This insurance supports our commitment to safeguarding, professional standards, and responsible service delivery. Evidence of insurance can be provided upon request.

Core Mandatory Training

All staff and associates complete core mandatory training as a minimum requirement, including:
 

  • Safeguarding Children & Adults (Level 2 minimum)

  • Autism Awareness

  • Risk Assessment & Lone Working

  • Mental Capacity Act (MCA) – with a focus on young people aged 16–25
     

This training ensures staff understand their legal and professional responsibilities and are equipped to support individuals safely and effectively.

Training Delivery & Quality Assurance

To maintain compliance and accountability:
 

  • Training is sourced from recognised UK providers, including Skills for Care, NHS e-Learning for Healthcare, and Local Authority-approved platforms

  • All staff and associates hold enhanced DBS checks and verified references

  • Training records are maintained and reviewed annually

  • Safeguarding policies and risk assessments are reviewed regularly and updated as required
