How We Work
At TK Inclusive Support, we believe that effective support begins with understanding. Our process is structured, transparent, and centred around the individual needs of each child or young adult.

1. Free Initial Consultation
We begin with a free 30-minute consultation, either in person or virtually.
This meeting allows us to:
-
Get to know the child or young person
-
Meet parents or guardians
-
Explain who we are and how we work
-
Understand specific needs and preferences
During this consultation, we explore:
-
Emotional triggers and behavioural patterns
-
Effective calming strategies
-
Medical or sensory considerations
-
Interests, hobbies, and preferred activities
-
Level of supervision required
We also use this time to complete an initial risk assessment, helping determine appropriate staffing levels and safety considerations.
2. Agreement & Documentation
If both parties agree to proceed following the consultation:
-
Consent forms are issued
-
Booking forms are provided
-
Risk assessment is finalised
-
A support date is agreed
All documentation is handled in line with safeguarding and data protection requirements.
3. Delivery of Support
Support sessions are delivered in line with agreed plans and risk assessments.
We provide:
-
Structured yet flexible activity planning
-
Emotional regulation support
-
Clear communication with families
-
Safe transport (where applicable)
All sessions are delivered with safeguarding, dignity, and wellbeing as priorities.
4. Activity Summary
Following each session, parents or guardians receive a brief activity summary outlining:
-
Activities completed
-
Observations (where appropriate)
-
Progress or highlights
-
Any concerns (if relevant)
This ensures transparency and ongoing collaboration.
