We transport and support young people to participate in golf and tennis sessions at local venues — structured, inclusive activities that promote physical wellbeing, confidence, social interaction, and personal development. These sessions are tailored to individual interests and abilities, ensuring that each young person can enjoy a meaningful and positive experience.
Whether it’s learning to make consistent golf swings on the green or developing rally skills on the tennis court, our role is to support participation, encouragement, and enjoyment in a safe and supervised environment.
Golf & tennis sessions support:
Physical wellbeing and coordination – both golf and tennis involve full-body movement, balance, strength, and fine motor skills. Regular practice promotes endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness.
Confidence and self-efficacy – mastering new skills, improving technique, and achieving personal goals in a sporting environment supports self-belief and resilience.
